Recently our IT support team encountered an attempted spam ‘Bot’ attack on our patient portal, MyHealthrecord.com.
To ensure your medical record’s privacy, we have installed additional security measures and a second layer of security when logging in.
This is to deter ‘non-human’ login attempts.
If you are having trouble logging in, please follow these instructions:
First, clear your cache and cookies (browsing history) in whichever browser you’re using (such as Google Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, etc)
Then once cleared, close and reopen the browser and click on the link.
