Additional Tips for Logging in:

Clear your cache and cookies (browsing history) in whichever browser you’re using (such as Google Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, etc)

Once cleared, close and reopen the browser and click on the link.  You can also access the portal directly using our URL of www.myhealthrecord.com

Remember to always click the ‘Retrieve your latest health Record’ when logging in
