No information regarding your medical records will be released to anyone, including your insurance company, other doctors, or even other family members, without your or your legal guardian’s signed consent. All of the information we maintain on our patients is held in the strictest confidence and is not available to persons outside our office.

I maintain a database of all of my patients, which includes their entire medical history and list of medications. This information is available to me 24 hours a day and is useful in managing your medical conditions over the phone lines, or during an emergency.
